Return and Refund Policy - General instructions

Please include a copy of the packing slip or invoice with the returned products. All returns will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that we will not refund shipping and handling fees. You have 30 days from receipt of package to return your products to PBLS. After 30 days your order is deemed as accepted.

Returning Damaged Items for Replacement

All items are placed inside tamper proof packaging and includes bubble wrap and are sent directly from the manufacturing facility in New Jersey. Rarely however, products may be damaged during transit and that cannot be fault of the seller. However, if you have received damaged items due to such reason, kindly get in touch with us for replacement. We will not issue a refund for damaged goods, only send a replacement.

All replacements will be sent out within 5 business days of receiving the damaged goods. Mail damaged items to:

In case of return, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. We have a 30 day return policy on any unopened product, it must be in new condition still sealed in their original manufacturers packaging that was purchased from PBLS. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If return is not a result of Seller’s error, it will be customer's responsibility to return that product to us. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. We don't accept returns from International Customers. If a package cannot be delivered for any reason including incorrect or undeliverable address to the address you provided then you would have to pay for shipping to again have the product delivered to you. We are not responsible for any delay caused by the carrier or due to unavoidable circumstances like bad weather.

* No returns or refunds are approved after 30 days from date of purchase.

Other Reasons for Return

‘Ordered by mistake’ ‘Item no longer required’

For the above conditions the return request is to be placed as soon as possible, before delivery of the product. Send back in the same condition as received.

‘Item not yet received (yet tracking info is showing that it is delivered)’

For the above condition the return request is to be placed as soon as possible and should not be longer than 3 business days from delivery date as shown on the tracking history. However, the acceptance of requests on these grounds will be subject to PBLS’ discretion and may vary case to case.

In the above case only 70% of the order value will be refunded Or we may choose to send out a replacement after communicating with customer.

“Did not help / Did not work”

For the above reason, we do not authorize return requests. We manufacture and sell Homeopathic remedies. These are not engineering products that one can return if they did not work. One cannot walk into a pharmacy and return used products. If a remedy did not work then the selection of the remedy was wrong and it has nothing to do with the product itself.

How to initiate order cancellation

We would be happy to cancel your order if the order has not been processed by our warehouse or shipped. Please send a cancellation request through your Amazon Account by clicking on the Request Cancellation button. Once the request has been generated we will issue the refund.
